摘 要:为了达到扶余油层的注水水质标准要求("5.1.1"标准),杏北油田采用了PVC中空纤维膜超滤和陶瓷膜超滤两种技术进行水处理。其中采用PVC中空纤维膜超滤技术处理清水,采用陶瓷膜超滤技术处理油田含聚污水。从出水水质达标情况和产水量两方面分析了两种工艺的应用效果,针对不同的来水水质,分节点对陶瓷膜超滤工艺进行了参数优化,制定了化学药剂清洗方案和清洗周期,并对两种工艺的吨水成本进行了对比分析。目前,两种技术均在杏北油田应用了2年,采用PVC中空纤维膜超滤技术处理清水的站库,出水水质能够稳定达标,产水量稳定;采用陶瓷膜超滤技术处理含聚污水的站库,来水水质稳定达标的情况下,出水水质能够达标,产水量可以满足下游需求。但是陶瓷膜超滤技术处理效果受来水水质的影响较大,当来水水质超过“双20”标准时,出水水质容易超标,同时产水量下降。从经济上看,PVC中空纤维膜超滤工艺的吨水成本低于陶瓷膜超滤工艺。In order to meet the water injection quality standard requirements("5.1.1"standard)of Fuyu Oil Layer,two technologies for water treatment have been adopted in Xingbei Oilfield.They are PVC hollow fiber membrane ultrafiltration technology and ceramic membrane ultrafiltration technology.PVC hollow fiber membrane ultrafiltration technology is used to treat clean water,and ceramic mem-brane ultrafiltration technology is used to treat polymer-containing sewage.The application effects of the two processes are analyzed from the aspects of the effluent quality reaching the standard and the wa-ter production.According to different incoming water quality,the parameters of ceramic membrane ul-trafiltration process are optimized according to node.Chemical cleaning plan and cleaning cycle are for-mulated.The cost per ton of water of the two processes is compared and analyzed.At present,both technologies have been applied in Xingbei Oilfield for 2 years.From the application effect,the effluent quality can meet the standard and water production is stable in the stations with PVC hollow fiber mem-brane ultrafiltration technology.When the quality of incoming water is stable and up to standard,the effluent quality can meet the standard,and water production can meet downstream demand in the sta-tions with ceramic membrane ultrafiltration technology.However,the treatment effect of ceramic membrane ultrafiltration technology is greatly affected by the quality of the incoming water.When the quality of the incoming water exceeds the"Double 20"standard,the quality of the effluent is likely to exceed the standard,and the water production decreases at the same time.From an economic point of view,the cost per ton of water of the PVC hollow fiber membrane ultrafiltration process is lower than that of the ceramic membrane ultrafiltration process.
