摘　　要：随着国内油气管道建设的不断加速,常规工控系统网络已无法满足当前对于油气管道行业“信息融合”“网络安全”等各方面的要求,严重降低了管道输油输气效,影响了管道生产运行安全、制约了管道工控系统发展。鉴于目前油气管道工控系统网络存在的缺点,设计了一套满足当前油气管道行业信息化、智能化、智慧化、高安全性等要求的新型工控网络部署方案,该方案在提升工控系统控制效率、保障工控系统网络安全、促进工业化与信息化数据融合等方面具有较大的优势。经过现场应用,优化后的工控系统网络部署方案能更好地满足当前油气管道行业的生产需求,在实用性、安全性、可靠性、智能性等方面比常规工控系统网络有更大的优势,对于油气行业的工控系统发展具有一定的指导作用。With the continuous acceleration of oil and gas pipeline construction in China,the conventional industrial control system network is unable to meet the current requirements of "information fusion", "network security",and other aspects of the oil and gas pipeline industry,which seriously reduces the efficiency of pipeline oil and gas transportation,affects the safety of pipeline production and operation,and restricts the development of pipeline industrial control system. In view of the shortcomings of the current oil and gas pipeline industrial control system network,a new industrial control network deployment scheme is designed to meet the requirements of informatization,intelligence,smart and high security of the current oil and gas pipeline industry. This scheme has great advantages in improving the control efficiency of the industrial control system,ensuring the network security of the industrial control system,and promoting industrialization and information data fusion. After the application in the field,the optimized industrial control system network deployment scheme can better meet the production needs of the current oil and gas pipeline industry,and has greater advantages than the conventional industrial control system network in terms of practicability, safety, reliability, intelligence,etc.,which has a certain guiding effect on the development of the industrial control system of the oil and gas industry.
