摘　　要：华北油田第三采油厂里一联含油污水处理站隔油罐内部的固定收油装置只有在液面高于收油槽时才能实现收油,且收油过程繁琐,存在收油不及时、不彻底的情况,罐内浮油停留时间较长后形成老化油、凝固油,对水处理系统造成严重影响。为此,在原有设备的基础上安装了一种连续收油装置,根据罐内结构、液相性质进行整个系统受力分析,并对其浮子、收油槽、回转接头、工艺设备进行设计改造,同时安装了伴热盘管,实现了高低液位均可及时收油,避免老化油的产生。连续收油技术提高了隔油罐浮油回收效率,不但提升了该节点的出水水质,降低了净水剂等药剂用量,减少了过滤器滤料更换周期,还提高了污水处理站的综合处理水质,降低了员工工作强度,具有广泛的推广价值和良好的应用前景。The oil recovery of the fixed oil recovery device inside the oil isolation tank of Liyilian Oily Sewage Treatment Station in No. 3 Oil Production Plant of Huabei Oilfield can only be realized when the liquid level is higher than the oil recovery tank,the oil recovery process is cumbersome,and there are problems of untimely and incomplete oil recovery. The floating oil in the tank stays for a long time and forms aging oil and solidified oil,which seriously affects the water treatment system. For this,on the basis of the original equipment,a continuous oil recovery device is installed. The force analysis of the whole system is performed according to the structure of the tank and the properties of the liquid phase,and the design transformation of its float,oil collection tank,rotary joint,and process equipment is carried out. At the same time,the heat tracing coil is installed to realize the timely oil collection of high and low liquid levels to avoid the generation of aging oil. Continuous oil recovery technology improves the recovery efficiency of the floating oil in the oil isolation tank,which in turn not only improves the water quality of the node,reduces the dosage of water purifier and other agents,reduces the cycle of filter media replacement,but also improves the comprehensive treatment water quality of sewage treatment station,reduces the work intensity of staff,and has a wide range of promotion value and application prospect.
