新时代高校新闻传播学教师职业道德素质提升研究

摘　　要：高校新闻传播学教师肩负着培养新闻传播人才和讲好中国故事的双重使命,其职业道德素质的提高具有现实意义和实践价值,建设一支新闻传播学高素质教师队伍具有重要的战略意义。基于对新闻传播学教师职业道德素质现状的分析,新时代新闻传播学教师职业道德素质存在以下问题:政治理论素养不高,理想信念意识淡薄;社会服务意识不强,为人师表行为失范;职业道德境界不高,育人德行有亏;学术规范意识不强,学术不端行为频发。据此,提出了新闻传播学教师职业道德素质提升的策略:重师道,强化政治素养;塑师魂,坚守使命责任;强师能,打造过硬教学本领;正师风,坚守学术底线。Teachers of journalism and communication in universities shoulder the dual mission of cultivating news and communication talents and telling Chinese stories. The improvement of their professional ethics qualities has realistic significance and practical value, and it is of great strategic significance to build a high-quality team of news and communication teachers. Based on the analysis of the current situation, the following problems are found in the professional ethics of teachers in the new era of journalism and communication such as low level of political theory, low level of awareness of ideals and beliefs;low level of social service consciousness, poor behavior of teachers;low level of professional ethics, low level of professional ethics;low level of awareness of academic norms,frequent academic misconduct. Based on this, this paper proposes the strategies of improving the professional ethics of teachers of journalism and publishing including emphasizing the teaching norms, strengthening political literacy;shaping the soul of teachers, adhering to mission responsibilities;strengthening teachers ’ abilities, building strong teaching skills;remediating teacher style by adhering to the academic fundamentals.
