摘 要:大学生就业问题是我国最大的民生问题之一,伴随着建筑行业的迭代更换,云计算、大数据、智慧建造、产业建造、精益建造、文化建造等信息化时代的到来,以及未来建筑业在自我管理、服务目标个性化需求、行业生态的转化,都对从业人员的自身素质要求越来越高,对人才的依赖越来越强,复合型人才领域稀缺。在高校毕业生就业愈发严峻的背景下,本文对复合型人才培养进行分析,找到复合型人才培养的实践路径,有利于提升学生的综合能力,促进毕业生就业。College student employment problem is one of the biggest livelihood problems in China.Along with the iterative replacement of the construction industry, cloud computing, big data,intelligent construction, industrial construction, lean construction, cultural construction, artificial intelligence and other information age, as well as the future construction industry in selfmanagement, service target personalized needs, industry ecology transformation have posed higher and higher requirements for the quality of employees, and more and more dependent on talents.Under the background of the increasingly severe situation for employment of college graduates, an analysis was made of the training of composite talents, aiming to open up a practical path for compound talent training, which is conducive to improving the comprehensive ability of students and promoting the employment of graduates.
