摘 要:随着我国建筑业的不断发展,建筑工程技术也在不断完善,在钢结构装配式领域取得相关成就[1]。当前,钢结构在基础预埋及超大、超广空间结构主体施工中都形成了载体式应用。虽然钢结构预埋及施工是国内常用的设计标准,但较少用在特殊单双桩密集基础钢筋承台施工中,因此施工中需要不断地总结经验,提高施工技术。经过实践与试验,在施工中采取结构优化、针对分解性施工及合理平面布置的方式,较好地攻克了大型埋入式柱脚及钢管柱安装施工难、质量低、进度慢等问题,得到了业主的好评。With the continuous development of construction engineering industry in China,construction engineering technology is also constantly improving,and related achievements and technical support have also been achieved in the field of steel structure assembly.When the wide application of steel structure has gradually come to the public's attention,whether it is foundation embedment or the main construction of the super-large and super-wide space structure forms a carrier-type application.Although the pre-embedding and construction of steel structures have become the normal design standards in China,the construction of the special single and double pile dense foundation steel caps for this project is rare,so it is necessary to continuously summarize and improve the construction technology during the construction.After practice and tests,the methods of structural optimization,decomposable construction and reasonable layout are adopted in the construction,which well overcomes the problems of difficult installation and construction,low quality and slow progress of large-scale embedded column feet and steel pipe columns and has been well received by the owner.
