摘 要:运用AHP-DEA-Malmquist模型对2007—2020年杭州市及各区域科技金融效率进行静动态分析。静态分析结果表明:2007年以来杭州市科技金融结合效率呈W型,且具明显区域差异,主6区明显高于其他区域。Malmquist指数动态分析结果表明:近年来杭州市及各区域通过加大科技金融投入,引导全社会加大科技创新投入,提升企业自主创新能力,促进技术进步,科技金融结合效率得到明显提升。杭州需持续加大科技金融投入规模,优化投入结构,提高资源配置和使用效率,采取多种措施促进科技创新与技术进步,多管齐下以提升科技金融效率。In this paper, AHP-DEA-Malmquist model is used to analyze the efficiency of Sci-Tech finance in Hangzhoufrom 2007 to 2020. The results of static analysis show that since 2007, the efficiency of Sci-Tech finance in Hangzhou has a w shape, and has obvious regional differences. The results of Malmquist index dynamic analysis show that in recent years, Hangzhou and its regions have increased investment inSci-Techfinance, guided the whole society to increase investment in Sci-Tech innovation, enhanced the independent innovation ability of enterprises, and promoted technological progress, the efficiency of Sci-Tech finance has been significantly improved. It is necessary for Hangzhou to continuously increase the scale, optimize the input structure, improve the allocation and utilization efficiency of resources,take various measures to promote Sci-Techinnovation and technological progress, and adopt a multi-pronged approach to enhance the efficiency of Sci-Tech finance.
