云时代意识形态引导的“范式困境”及创新机制研究

摘　　要：随着云计算的不断创新、发展及使用,人类的传播也迈入云传播时代。在云传播时代,意识形态在传播渠道、主体、内容和关系等层面出现了一些新的问题与新趋势,这些问题与趋势很容易导致网络舆情在裂变式传播中滋生谣言,人们在舆情表达中很容易产生意识形态焦虑,表现出集群性,产生越界行动与冲突,形成“舆论暗潮”,使传统的意识形态引导范式陷入伦理、把关人、管控以及选择性发布等困境之中。为了有效解决好上述问题,必须加强打造主流思想的“云”平台,促进意识形态引导的智慧化,加强云舆情监测系统和完善对舆情处置能力的评价机制,提升各级党委和政府处置云时代舆情危机能力。With the continuous innovation, development and use of cloud computing, human communication has entered t he era of cloud communication. In the era of cloud communication, there appear some new problems and trends in the development of human ideology at the levels of communication channels, subjects,contents and relations, which can easily lead to rumors in the fission communication of network public opinion.People are prone to have ideological anxiety in the expression of public opinion, show clustering, cross-border actions and conflicts, and to form the “dark tide of public opinion”, which has plunged the traditional ideological guidance paradigm into difficulties such as in ethics, gatekeepers, control and selective release. In order to effectively solve the above problems, we must strengthen the “cloud” platform of mainstream ideology, promote the wisdom of ideological guidance, strengthen the cloud public opinion monitoring system and improve the evaluation mechanism of public opinion disposal capacity, so as to improve the ability of Party committees and governments at all levels to deal with public opinion crises in the cloud era.
