基于水库移民居民点规划视角的建设用地标准优化探讨

摘　　要：建设用地规模是水库移民居民点建设的重要基础,而建设用地规模背后的实质是建设用地标准。在现行移民居民点规划建设用地标准的基础上,结合地形坡度、建筑防火、公共绿地维护难等现实因素,分析现行建设用地标准在水库移民居民点规划中存在的不适宜性,提出“以需求为核心,以地形坡度为导向,因地制宜”的优化思路以及基于“水库移民居民点规划”视角的建设用地标准优化建议,从而为后续相关标准的修订以及规划设计绿色经济、健康生态、美好人文的移民居民点提供参考。The scale of construction land is an important basis for the construction of reservoir resettlement settlements,and the essence behind the scale of construction land is the standard of construction land.Based on the introduction of current planning and construction land standard of resettlement settlements,combined with the practical factors such as terrain slope,fire prevention of buildings and difficulty in maintaining public green spaces,the inappropriateness of current construction land standard in the planning of reservoir resettlement settlements is analyzed,and the optimization ideas of“Taking the demand as the core,taking the terrain slope as the guidance and adapting to local conditions”are put forward.Some optimization suggestions on construction land standard are also presented based on the perspective of reservoir resettlement settlement planning.These optimizations will provide references for the subsequent revision of relevant standards and the planning and design of resettlement settlements with green economy,healthy ecology and beautiful humanities.
