摘 要:以某水电站条带状大理岩洞挖料为例,对其堆石料进行了系统的碾压试验。研究了条带状大理岩堆石料在不同振动碾型号、不同铺填厚度及不同洒水量的情况下的碾压试验特性。研究结果表明,振动碾的激振力越大,其碾压后的条带状大理岩堆石料密实程度越高;条带状大理岩堆石料铺填厚度越小,其碾压后的堆石料密实程度越高;同等条件下,条带状大理岩堆石料的洒水率在10%~15%时,其碾压后的粗粒土的密实程度越高。Taking the excavated banded marble in a hydropower station as an example,the systematic rolling tests of the banded marble rockfill material are carried out.The rolling test characteristics of the banded marble rockfill material under the conditions of different vibratoty roller types,different paving thicknesses and different watering amounts are studied.The research results show that,(a)the greater the exciting force of the vibratory roller,the higher the compactness of the banded marble rockfill material after rolling;(b)the smaller the paving thickness of banded marble rockfill material,the higher the compactness of rockfill material after rolling;and(c)under the same conditions,the compactness of coarse-grained soil after rolling is higher when the watering rate of banded marble rockfill material is 10%to 15%.
