摘　　要：为尝试厘清国产天然橡胶质量及其稳定性的关键事实、阐明形成过程.研究发现:国产天然橡胶质量指标容易在批次、区域间出现波动,质量信号机制不健全,产品质量标准体系、标识措施等未能向使用者提供足够的信息,下游企业缺乏全面质量指标信息,导致"劣币驱良币"现象,迫使国产胶在市场竞争中处于相对劣势.促进国产天然橡胶市场健康有序发展,关键在于构建完善的质量信号显示机制,如设置质量指标清单、产地溯源体系、关键战略领域应用等.This paper tried to identify the key facts and formation of the stateman that domestic natural rubber is less useful than the imported.It finds that the indices of natural rubber from domestic produced areas are volatile among batches and regions while measures including standard system and labeling of quality may not provide enough information for rubber manufacturers to distinguish high and low quality,which induces that"bad money drives out good".The poor mechanism caused by asymmetric information weakens the competitiveness of domestic natural rubber.So,the revelation mechanism of signals about quality is necessary for sound development of natural rubber market at home,such as full list of quality,origin traceability system and implication in vital strategical areas.
