摘　　要：徐特立在为党和国家培养干部人才的工作实践中形成了干部教育思想。他认为,干部教育的目标是根据形势所需,培养人民公仆式的干部;干部教育的对象具有普遍的广泛性;干部教育的方法是培训与工作相结合、理论与实际相结合。徐特立干部教育思想是中国共产党干部教育思想的重要组成部分,是当前加强干部教育管理监督的理论武器。必须发扬实事求是的作风,加强干部的马克思主义理论素养;必须发扬学无止境的精神,不断适应新时代发展需要。Xu Teli formed cadre education thought in the practice of training cadres for the party and the country.The goal of cadre education was to train cadres in the form of public servants according to the needs of the situation.The object of cadre education was universal.The method of cadre education is the combination of training and work,theory and practice.Xu Teli's cadre education though was an important part of the cadre education thought of the Communist Party of China and a theoretical weapon to strengthen the supervision of cadre education and management.Therefore,we must carry forward the style of seeking truth from facts,strengthen cadres'Marxist theoretical literacy and cany forward the spirit of endless learning to constantly meet the needs of the development of the new era.
