摘　　要：目的探讨大型方舱医院在应对突发公共卫生事件中后勤保障体系的建设与管理实践。方法自2022年3月以来,新型冠状病毒奥密克戎变异株在上海蔓延,为快速阻断疫情传播,上海启动建设市区两级方舱医院,用于收治轻症及无症状感染者。上海交通大学医学院附属瑞金医院方舱医院管理团队先后参与多家大型方舱医院的设计、建设及运行保障工作。结合传染病类方舱医院运行特点,从保障需求、体系构建等方面,总结本团队在方舱医院后勤保障工作中的经验。结果大型方舱医院存在人员、环境、设施、运输等方面的运行保障需求,后勤保障体系应从组织架构、专业分工、制度建设等方面予以构建,以确保方舱医院安全、高效运行。结论方舱医院是应对突发公共卫生事件的有效措施,后勤保障工作的经验总结,可对完善我国应急医疗体系提供有益借鉴。ObjectiveTo explore the construction and management practice of logistics support system in large Fangcang shelter hospitals in response to public health emergencies.MethodsSince March 2022,a wave of SARSCoV-2 infection has spread in Shanghai.In order to quickly block the spread of the epidemic,Shanghai has started to build Fangcang shelter hospitals for the treatment of mild and asymptomatic infections.The operation team of the Fangcang shelter Hospital of Ruijin Hospital of Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine has successively participated in the design,construction and operation of many large-scale Fangcang shelter hospitals.Based on the operation characteristics of the Fangcang shelter hospita,was summarizod the experience of the team in the logistics support from the support needs and system construction.ResultsLarge-scale shelter hospitals have operation support needs in terms of personnel,environment,facilities,transportation,etc.The logistics support system should be built from the aspects of organizational structure,professional division of labor,and system construction,to ensure the safe and efficient operation of Fangcnag shelter hospitals.ConclusionThe Fangcang shelter hospital is an effective facility to deal with public health emergencies.The experience of logistics support can provide a useful reference for improving China’s emergency medical system.
