摘　　要：目的 探讨运用固定翼救护飞机长距离转运危重新生儿及婴儿的护理安全管理策略。方法 回顾2016年1月—2019年12月首都医科大学附属北京儿童医院联合北京市红十字会急诊抢救中心通过固定翼救护飞机转运5例危重新生儿及婴儿的过程,归纳采取的系列护理措施,包括转运前对患儿的风险评估、工作人员及设备准备、转运途中的护理管理及转运后护理工作的无缝对接等,总结新生儿及婴儿空中转运的安全护理策略。结果 通过实施系列护理措施,5例患儿均安全抵达目的地,转运过程中未发生不良事件。结论 实施护理安全管理措施能够降低转运中患儿可能出现的风险因素,是保证空中转运安全及成功的关键。ObjectiveTo explore the nursing safety management strategy for long-distance transport of critical neonates and infants by fixed-wing ambulance aircraft.MethodsReview the process of the Beijing Children’s Hospital Affiliated to Capital Medical University and Beijing Red Cross Emergency Rescue Center transporting 5 cases of critical neonates and infants by fixed-wing ambulance aircraft,from January 2016 to December 2019.Analyze a series of nursing measures including risk assessment of critical neonates and infants’condition before transfer,staff and equipment preparation,nursing management during transportation,and seamless connection of nursing work after transfer.Summarize the safety management strategy for transporting neonates and infants.ResultsWith the implementation of a series of nursing measures,all 5 cases arrived at their destination safely,and there was no accident during the transfer process.ConclusionImplementing nursing safety management measures can reduce the risk factors that may occur during transport,which is the key to success of air transport.
