摘  要:为解决电网输电线路在极端低温天气发生覆冰,电网调控中心融冰计划质量和编制时效无法满足电网调度运行要求的问题,本文基于省级电网调控中心自动化数据和电网覆冰处置规程,设计了一套基于多元、多维数据的输电线路覆冰处置辅助决策系统,打通能量管理系统、计划管理系统、负荷预测系统、覆冰监测预报系统等自动化系统,实时获取并融合电网运行数据、计划数据、负荷预测数据、线路覆冰数据,评估当前以及未来时段电网覆冰事故风险,按设置规则自动生成直流融冰计划,并对生成的融冰计划进行静态校核和稳定校核。为解决融冰计划校核耗时长的问题,提出了一种基于动态规划的初步融冰计划生成方法,快速滤除不合理方案,降低了方案校核的计算量,提高了系统覆冰处置方案生成速度。In order to solve the problem that the quality and time efficiency of the ice-melting plan of the power grid control center can not meet the requirements of the power grid dispatching and operation,based on the data of provincial power grid control center and the regulation of power grid icing treatment,an auxiliary decision-making system of transmission line icing treatment based on multivariate and multidimensional data is designed in this paper,opening up automatic systems such as energy management system,plan management system,load forecasting system,icing monitoring and forecasting system,real-time acquisition and integration of power grid operation data,planning data,load forecast data,line icing data,to assess the current and future time grid icing accident risk,according to the setting rules,the DC melting plan is automatically generated,and the generated melting plan is checked statically and stably.In order to solve the problem of time-consuming in the verification of ice-melting plan,a method based on dynamic programming is proposed to generate the initial ice-melting plan,which can quickly filter out unreasonable plans and reduce the computation of plan verification,the speed of generating ice coating treatment scheme is improved.
