摘 要:针对传统故障智能预警技术在检测效率、误报率和虚报率无法满足中压配电网的运行要求,提出了基于暂态分量的中压配电网接地故障智能预警技术。根据行波在中压配电网接地母线处的折反射示意图,计算了电流的折射系数和反射系数,利用接地的故障点到故障线路母线端的距离,判断出中压配电网接地故障区域,基于接地故障检测系数,判断了中压配电网接地故障情况,定位中压配电网接地故障位置,通过构建中压配电网接地故障暂态分量搜索模型,提取出中压配电网接地故障暂态分量,设计中压配电网接地故障智能预警原理,以此为依据实现了中压配电网接地故障智能预警。实验结果表明,所提技术在提高了中压配电网接地故障检测效率的同时,还可以降低误报率和虚报率,具有更高的预警性能。Aiming at the traditional fault intelligent early warning technology can not meet the operation requirements of medium voltage distribution network in detection efficiency,false alarm rate and false alarm rate,an intelligent early warning technology for grounding fault of medium voltage distribution network based on transient component is proposed.According to the refraction and reflection diagram of traveling wave at the grounding bus of medium voltage distribution network,the refraction coefficient and reflection coefficient of current are calculated.The grounding fault area of medium voltage distribution network is judged by using the distance from the grounding fault point to the bus end of the fault line.Based on the grounding fault detection coefficient,the grounding fault of medium voltage distribution network is judged and the grounding fault location of medium voltage distribution network is located.By constructing the transient component search model of grounding fault in medium voltage distribution network,the transient component of grounding fault in medium voltage distribution network is extracted,and the intelligent early warning principle of grounding fault in medium voltage distribution network is designed.Based on this,the intelligent early warning of grounding fault in medium voltage distribution network is realized.The experimental results show that the proposed technology can not only improve the efficiency of grounding fault detection in medium voltage distribution network,but also reduce the false alarm rate and false alarm rate,and has higher early warning performance.
