摘 要:以四羟甲基氯化磷(THPC)为还原剂,一步还原制备了AgCo/MWCNTs催化剂。TEM(mapping)、XRD表明其为双金属结构,平均粒径约为4.08 nm。研究表明,AgCo/MWCNTs催化剂均为4电子ORR过程,当AgNO_(3)与Co(NO_(3))2•6H_(2)O的质量比为1∶3时,ORR催化活性最佳,其半波电位为0.74 V,极限电流密度与商用20 wt.%Pt/C相当,并达到了95%的电流保持率。以Ag_(1)Co_(3)/MWCNTs作为铝空气电池正极催化剂,其恒流电池容量为816.6 mAh•g^(-1),功率密度分别为141.3 mW•cm^(-2),高于20 wt.%Pt/C的734.9 mAh•g^(-1)、131.4 mW•cm^(-2)。In this paper,AgCo/MWNTs catalysts were prepared by one step reduction using tetrakis(hydroxymethyl)phosphonium chloride(THPC)as the reducing agent.TEM(mapping)and XRD showed that they were dual-metal structure with an average particle size of about 4.08 nm.The results showed that AgCo/MWCNTs catalysts were all 4-electron ORR process.The results showed that AgCo/MWNTs catalysts were all 4-electron ORR process.The ORR catalytic activity is best when the mass ratio of AgNO_(3) to Co(NO_(3))2•6H_(2)O is 1∶3,and its half wave potential is 0.74 V.The limiting current density was comparable to that of commercial 20 wt.%Pt/C and achieved a current retention of 95%.The constant current cell capacity of 816.6 mAh•g^(-1) and power density of 141.3 mW•cm^(-2) using Ag_(1)Co_(3)/MWNTs as the cathode catalyst for Al-air batteries is higher than that of 734.9 mAh•g^(-1) and 131.4 mW•cm^(-2) for 20 wt.%Pt/C.
