摘　　要：结合实际工程案例(国家会议中心二期)中珐琅板(又称搪瓷钢板)的实际应用,从模具冲压和搪瓷烧制两个主要工序,指出该材料,尤其是在曲面部分、超长部分加工工艺需要改进的地方,同时提出在各个生产加工环节中的工艺要求,需要把控的品控检查要点,并在珐琅板的质量管控体系中汲取经验教训,争取为国家今后出台该材料超正常规格的相关规范提供参考。Combining the application of the enamel board(also known as the enameled pressed steel)in the actual project(China National Convention Center Phase II),from the two main processes of die stamping and enamel firing,it is pointed out that some of the processing technology needs to be improved for this kind of material,especially in the curved surface and the super long part.At the same time,it puts forward the process requirements in each production and processing steps,and the key points of quality control inspection that need to be concerned.And meanwhile,learning the experience and lessons from the quality control system of the enamel board,strives to provide references to make the national specification for the material which above normal size in the future.
