摘  要:预应力T梁开裂和水波纹类色差是公路桥梁结构施工过程中最常见的病害和外观缺陷,而实际施工中如何根据T梁外观来准确判断开裂或外观缺陷的原因是比较困难的。论文以某报废预应力T梁为研究对象,通过综合分析梁体外观缺陷状态,结合理论判断、无损检测、钻芯取样,证明了造成T梁开裂以及水波纹外观质量缺陷是浇筑时混凝土拌合物离析所致,由此给出了如何运用理论判断和无损法识别判断T梁此类裂缝成因的建议。Cracks and water ripples are the most common defects of highway T-beam in the construction stage of highway bridge structures,and it is difficult to objectively judge the causes of appearance defects according to the appearance of T beams in actual construction.This paper analysis a case of cracking and water ripples on the part of a T beam in an actual bridge project during the construction.Through a comprehensive analysis of the appearance of the beam,combined with theoretical judgment,nondestructive testing and core drilling,it is proved that the appearance defect of the T beam are caused by the segregation of the concrete mixture.Therefore,some suggestions are given on how to use theoretical judgment and non-destructive method to identify and judge the causes of such defects in T beams.
