围术期前馈控制护理在超声引导下穿刺活检术中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨围术期前馈控制护理在超声引导下穿刺活检术中的应用效果。方法选取2020年7月至2021年6月于钦州市第二人民医院消化内镜室进行超声引导下穿刺活检术的60例患者为研究对象,按照随机数表法分为对照组和研究组各30例。对照组患者围术期采取常规护理,研究组患者采取前馈控制护理。出院前,比较两组患者的一次穿刺成功率、操作时间、穿刺次数、护理满意度及并发症发生情况。结果研究组患者一次穿刺成功率为96.67%,明显高于对照组的76.67%,操作时间、穿刺次数分别为(10.04±2.51)min、(1.47±0.18)次,明显低(少)于对照组的(26.38±8.56)min、(3.61±1.25)次,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者的护理满意度为96.67%,明显高于对照组的66.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者的并发症发生率为3.33%,明显低于对照组的20.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论超声引导下穿刺活检术在围术期实施前馈控制护理不仅能够提高一次穿刺成功率,缩短操作时间、减少穿刺次数,而且还可以提高患者的护理满意度,降低并发症发生率。Objective To explore the application effect of perioperative feedforward control nursing in ultrasound-guided puncture biopsy.Methods Sixty patients who underwent ultrasound-guided puncture biopsy in Department of Digestive Endoscopy,Qinzhou Second People's Hospital from July 2020 to June 2021 were selected as the research objects,which were randomly divided into a control group and a study group according to the random odd and even number method,with 30 cases in each group.The patients in the control group received routine nursing care during the perioperative period,and the patients in the study group received feedforward control nursing on the basis of the control group.Before discharge,the one-time puncture success rate,operation time,puncture times,nursing satisfaction,and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The success rate of one puncture in the study group was 96.67%,which was significantly higher than 76.67%in the control group;the operation time and the number of punctures were(10.04±2.51)min and(1.47±0.18)times,which were significantly lower than(26.38±8.56)min,(3.61±1.25)times in the control group;the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction degree of the study group was 96.67%,which was significantly higher than 66.67%of the control group(P<0.05).The complication rate in the study group was 3.33%,which was significantly lower than 20.00%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of feedforward control nursing in the perioperative period of ultrasound-guided puncture biopsy can not only improve the success rate of one puncture,shorten the operation time,and reduce the number of punctures,but also improve the nursing satisfaction of patients and reduce the incidence of complications.
