摘　　要：智慧路灯系统是建设智慧城市的不可或缺的关键环节,随着各类负荷和供电电源接入路灯系统,大大增加了智慧路灯系统的电能消耗和能源管理难度。基于此,本文建立了智慧路灯系统用能体系结构框架,以路段为基本单元,建立了智慧路灯系统能源管理系统;进而建立了基于多代理技术的两级智慧路灯系统能源管理系统架构,包括智慧路灯系统能源管理中心总代理、路段能源管理系统子代理、学习中心代理和求解中心代理,详细介绍了各代理功能以及系统工作流程;最后搭建了基于多代理技术的智慧路灯系统能源管理系统JADE (Java Agent Development Framework)平台实现多代理系统的运行,能够打破各部门信息壁垒,有效管控各路段智慧路灯系统能源利用,降低能源浪费,节能减排。Smart road lamp system is an indispensable key link in building a smart city. With all kinds of loads and power supplies connected to the road lamp system, it greatly increases the difficulty of power consumption and energy management of the smart road lamp system. Based on this, this paper establishes the energy consumption architecture framework of smart road lamp system. The paper takes the road section as the basic unit to establish the energy management system of smart road lamp system. The energy management system architecture of two-level smart road lamp system based on multi-agent technology is established, including the general agent of smart road lamp system energy management center, sub agent of road section energy management system, learning center agent and solution center agent. The functions of each agent and system workflow are introduced in details. Finally, JADE(Java Agent Development Framework) platform of smart road lamp system energy management system based on multi-agent technology is built to realize the operation of multi-agent system, which can effectively control the energy utilization of smart road lamp system in each section. It can break down the information barriers of all departments, reduce energy waste, save energy and reduce emission.
