摘 要:老旧小区是我国城市居住区的重要组成部分,其室外公共空间与居民的生活密切相关。老年人在老旧小区人口构成中占很大比例,然而原有的住区养老设施已经无法满足当前老年人的需求,很多潜在的光污染或光照不足等问题导致老旧小区安全性问题频发。因此,良好的夜间光环境对于保障老年人的生理和心理安全至关重要。本文通过对大连市三个建设年代较早的老旧小区进行调研,通过建立各小区安全性回归模型,绘制夜间光环境安全等级分布图,从而直观地找出存在光污染或光照不足的风险点,经计算发现通过减少过度照明可以节能14%~36%。为老年人提供安全的住区光环境的同时,也应最大限度的节约能源。Old community is an important part of urban residential areas in China, and its outdoor public space is closely related to the lives of residents. The elderly account for a large proportion in the population composition of the old community. However, the original residential elderly care facilities can no longer meet the current needs of the elderly. Many potential problems such as light pollution or insufficient light lead to frequent safety problems in the old community. Therefore, a good night light environment is very important to ensure the physical and psychological safety of the elderly. Based on the investigation of three old residential areas built earlier in Dalian, this paper establishes the safety regression model of each residential area and draws the distribution map of the safety level of light environment at night, so as to intuitively find out the risk points of light pollution or insufficient light. Through calculation, it is found that energy saving can be about 14%~36% by reducing excessive lighting. While providing a safe residential light environment for the elderly, we should also save energy to the greatest extent.
