摘  要:浮选工艺可实现长石、云母和石英的有效分离。采用预先脱泥—粗浮选—再磨再选流程,可获得云母精矿产率24.07%,云母含量93.10%,云母回收率97.05%的选别指标,96.04%的长石矿物富集于预先脱除的矿泥中。在十二胺体系中,该矿区绢云母不适宜pH值≥3的浮选环境。在酸性环境下,油酸钠不适合作为绢云母的捕收剂。高价态金属阳离子对石英抑制效果明显。Separation of feldspar, mica and quartz can be achieved effectively by flotation process. Using the process of desliming in advance-rough flotation-regrind and reelect, the productivity of mica concentrate can achieve the standard of 24.07%,the content of mica can achieve the sorting index of 93.10%, the recovery rate of mica could reach the sorting index of 97.05%,and the feldspar minerals of 96.04% are enriched in the pre removed slime. The research finds that in the system of dodecylamine flotation, sericite in this mining area is not fit to the flotation environment with pH ≥ 3;In acidic environment sodium oleate is not suitable as the flotation collector;High valence metal cation have an obvious inhibition effect on quartz.
