摘 要:本文通过光学显微鉴定、X粉晶衍射分析、X荧光光谱分析和扫描电镜能谱分析等方法手段,查明了龙胜滑石矿中不同品级矿石的矿物组成特征:矿石主要为片状变晶结构和片粒状变晶结构,以块状构造为主,局部见条带状构造和脉状构造。特级矿主要成分为滑石;一级品和1号矿主要由滑石和石英组成;二级品和2号矿主要由滑石和绿泥石组成;牛皮矿主要由绿泥石、滑石和石英组成。矿石白度主要受致色因子Fe影响:灰绿色的牛皮矿因绿泥石中Fe含量高而导致矿石白度低,黄白色矿则因褐铁矿中Fe致色。本研究使用连二亚硫酸钠作为还原剂对黄白色矿进行白度提高试验,常温常压条件下反应120分钟后,矿石渣浆白度值由初始的67提高到80,获得产品指标达到涂料油漆滑石粉一级品标准、塑料滑石三级品标准。In this paper, the mineral composition characteristics of different grades of ores in Longsheng talc mine are found out by means of optical microscopic identification, X-powder diffraction analysis, X-fluorescence spectrum analysis and scanning electron microscope energy spectrum analysis: the ore is mainly massive structure, with banded structure and vein structure in some parts;The ore is mainly lamellar crystalloblastic texture and lamellar granular crystalloblastic texture. Super grade ore composition is mainly talc;Grade I product and No.1 mine are mainly composed of talc and quartz;Grade II product and No.2 mine are mainly composed of talc and chlorite;Cowhide ore is mainly composed of chlorite, talc and quartz. The whiteness of the ore is mainly affected by the coloring factor Fe: the gray green cowhide ore has low whiteness due to the high content of Fein chlorite, and the yellow white ore is colored by Fein limonite. In this study, Sodium Hydrosulfite was used as reducing agent to improve the whiteness of yellow white ore, after 120 minutes of reaction under normal pressure and temperature, the whiteness of ore slag slurry increased from 67 to 80, and the product index reached the standard of paint talc Level 1 product standard and plastic talc grade 3.
