某院普外科170例碳青霉烯类抗菌药物临床应用分析

摘　　要：目的探究2020年1月~2021年10月在普外科中碳青霉烯类抗菌药物的使用情况,为临床规范用药提供参考。方法统计2020年1月~2021年10月普外科使用碳青霉烯类抗菌药物来治疗感染的170例患者的用药情况,评估使用药物的合理性。结果在2020年1月~2021年10月普外科中碳青霉烯类抗菌药物使用了亚胺培南、厄他培南、美罗培南等,使用例数共170例,其中应用最多的为亚胺培南,80例,占比47.05%;厄他培南65例,占比38.24%;美罗培南20例,占比11.76%,其他5例,占比2.9%。在治疗过程中诊治的主要疾病包括腹腔感染、感染性休克、肝脓肿、重症胰腺炎等。在搜集的170例患者中存在不合理使用11例,占比6.47%。结论该院普外科应用碳青霉烯类抗菌药物基本合理,但仍需加大药学干预,确保合理用药。Objective To explore the clinical application of carbapenems in the general surgery department of a hospital from January 2020 to October 2021,and to provide reference for rational clinical drug use.Methods Medical records of 170 patients treated with carbapenems for infection in general surgery department from January 2020 to October 2021 were reviewed and analyzed to evaluate the rationality of drug use.Results A total of 170 patients were treated with imipenem,ertapenem,meropenem,etc.,in the general surgery department of a hospital from January 2020 to October 2021,among which imipenem was the most commonly used(80 cases,accounting for 47.05%);65 cases of ertapenem,accounting for 38.24%;20 cases of meropenem,accounting for 11.76%.The main treatments include abdominal infection,septic shock,liver abscess,severe pancreatitis,etc.Among 170 cases,11 cases(6.47%)had unreasonable medical records.Conclusion The clinical application of carbapenems in our hospital is basically reasonable,but pharmaceutical intervention is still needed to ensure rational drug use and rational use of the standard.
