鲑鱼降钙素联合钙尔奇D和阿法骨化醇治疗老年类风湿关节炎伴骨质疏松患者的效果及对骨密度的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨老年类风湿关节炎伴骨质疏松患者接受鲑鱼降钙素联合钙尔奇D、阿法骨化醇治疗的临床疗效。方法选择2019年8月~2021年8月期间沭阳县中医院收治的80例老年类风湿关节炎伴骨质疏松患者作为研究对象,应用随机抽签法将其均等分为对照组40例、观察组40例。对照组接受钙尔奇D、阿法骨化醇治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上联合鲑鱼降钙素治疗,对两组治疗效果进行比较。结果观察组治疗后各项骨密度指标均高于对照组(P<0.05);红细胞沉降率低于对照组(P<0.05);血钙水平高于对照组(P<0.05);疼痛指标低于对照组(P<0.05);二组不良反应发生率对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论使用鲑鱼降钙素联合钙尔奇D、阿法骨化醇对老年类风湿关节炎伴骨质疏松患者实施治疗后,可以显著提升骨密度水平,改善各项指标,其不良反应较少,安全性高。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of salmon calcitonin combined with Caltech D and alfacalcidol in the treatment of elderly patients with rheumatoid arthritis and osteoporosis.Methods 80 elderly patients with rheumatoid arthritis and osteoporosis treated in Shuyang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from August 2019 to August 2021 were selected as the research object.They were equally divided into 40 cases in the control group and 40 cases in the observation group by random lot.The control group was treated with Caltech D and alfacalcitol,and the observation group was treated with salmon calcitonin on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the indexes of bone mineral density in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);The erythrocyte sedimentation rate was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);The level of blood calcium was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);The pain index was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The use of salmon calcitonin combined with Caltech D and alfacalcitol in the treatment of elderly patients with rheumatoid arthritis and osteoporosis can significantly improve the level of bone mineral density and improve various indicators.It has less adverse reactions and high safety.
