地屈孕酮联合二甲双胍治疗青春期多囊卵巢综合征的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨在青春期多囊卵巢综合征患者治疗中应用地屈孕酮联合二甲双胍的临床价值。方法从2019年6月~2021年6月选取收治的150例青春期多囊卵巢综合征患者,将其按照数字奇偶法予以分组研究,每组75例,对照组实施二甲双胍治疗,研究组实施地屈孕酮联合二甲双胍治疗,对两组疗效进行评估与对比,并对两组治疗前后的性激素指标、胰岛功能指标进行对比与分析。结果从临床总有效率分析,研究组96.00%,对照组82.67%,研究组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);从性激素指标分析,治疗前两组睾酮、卵泡刺激素、促黄体生成素对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后两组睾酮、卵泡刺激素、促黄体生成素均低于治疗前,研究组治疗后低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);从胰岛功能指标分析,治疗前两组空腹血糖、胰岛素抵抗指数、空腹胰岛素对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后两组空腹血糖、胰岛素抵抗指数、空腹胰岛素均低于治疗前,研究组治疗后低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论青春期多囊卵巢综合征患者采用地屈孕酮联合二甲双胍治疗可以提高临床疗效,对性激素有改善作用,改善胰岛功能。Objective To explore the clinical value of dydrogesterone combined with metformin in the treatment of adolescent polycystic ovary syndrome.Methods From June 2019 to June 2021,150 adolescent patients with polycystic ovary syndrome admitted to our hospital were selected and divided into groups according to the numerical odd-even method,with 75 cases in each group.The control group was treated with metformin,and the research group was treated with dydrogesterone combined with metformin.The efficacy of the two groups was evaluated and compared.The sex hormone indexes and islet function indexes of the two groups before and after treatment were compared and analyzed.Results From the analysis of total clinical effective rate,the study group was 96.00% and the control group was 82.67%,the study group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in testosterone,follicle stimulating hormone and luteinizing hormone between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,testosterone,follicle stimulating hormone(FSH)and luteinizing hormone(LH)in the two groups were lower than before,while in the study group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in fasting blood glucose,insulin resistance index and fasting insulin between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,fasting blood glucose,insulin resistance index and fasting insulin in the two groups were lower than before,and the research group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For adolescent patients with polycystic ovary syndrome,dydrogesterone combined with metformin treatment can improve clinical efficacy,improve sex hormones,improve islet function.
