摘  要:以聚乳酸(PLA)熔喷非织造布和聚酯/聚乙烯(PET/PE)热风非织造布为基材,通过热复合工艺制备熔喷/热风非织造布,并对其形态结构、力学性能和液体非对称传输性能进行试验分析。研究结果表明,致密的PLA熔喷非织造布与大孔隙的PET/PE热风非织造布在热和压力的作用下紧密复合,形成清晰的梯度结构;通过调控热复合温度、压力和速度等工艺参数,可实现对熔喷/热风非织造布试样力学性能和透气性的调控;热复合温度为120℃、热复合压力为0.52 MPa、热复合速度为2.2 m/min时,试样的单向水分传输能力指数达15.75,适用于敷料、纸尿裤等医卫领域。Melt blown/through-air composited nonwovens were prepared by a thermal bounding process with the raw material of polylactic acid(PLA) melt blown nonwovens and polyester/polyethylene(PET/PE) through-air nonwovens. The morphological structure, mechanical properties and liquid asymmetric transmission properties of melt blown/through-air nonwovens were analyzed. The results showed that the PLA melt blown nonwovens with dense structure and PET/PE through-air nonwovens with large pores were closely combined under the action of heat and pressure to form a clear gradient structure. The mechanical properties and air permeability of the samples could be controlled by adjusting the thermal compounding process parameters such as temperature, pressure, and speed. When the thermal bonding temperature was 120 ℃, the thermal bonding pressure was 0.52 MPa, and the thermal bonding speed was 2.2 m/min, the liquid asymmetric transmission index of the sample was 15.75, which indicated that it could be applied to medical and health fields such as dressings and diapers.
