摘 要:热致性液晶聚芳酯(TLCP)是少数具有可熔融加工性的液晶聚合物之一,可通过熔融加工制成高性能纤维,但因其熔融指数较低,难以采用熔喷纺丝工艺制成非织造布。通过在TLCP熔融混炼过程中加入少量2-羟基-6-萘甲酸(HNA)控制降解,可制备高熔融指数的TLCP(HMTLCP),并进一步熔喷制成非织造布。探究了热处理对HMTLCP非织造布热性能、结晶性能和力学性能的影响。研究结果表明,对填充率为70%的TLCP与填充率为5%的HNA进行熔融混炼,当混炼温度为295℃、混炼时间为4 min、转子转速为40 r/min时,可制备出用于熔喷工艺的HMTLCP;随着热处理温度的升高,非织造布的熔点提高,结晶更趋完善。相比未经热处理的非织造布,热处理温度升高至240℃时,非织造布的拉伸断裂强力由79.984 cN增大至215.073 cN。Thermotropic liquid crystal polyarylate(TLCP)is one of the few liquid crystal polymers with melt-processability.It can be melt-processed into high-performance fiber,however,it is difficult to make nonwovens using melt-blown spinning process due to its low melt index.By adding a small amount of 2-hydroxy-6 naphthoic acid(HNA)in the TLCP melt-mixing process to control degradation,a high-melt index TLCP chip(HMTLCP)was fabricated,and then melt-blown into nonwovens.The effect of heat treatment on the thermal properties,crystallization properties and mechanical properties of nonwovens was explored.The research results show that,under the process conditions of mixing temperature of 295℃,mixing time of 4 min and rotor rate of 40 r/min,the TLCP chips for melt-blown process can be fabricated by melting and mixing TLCP(filling rate of 70%)and HNA(filling rate of 5%).As the heat treatment temperature increases,the melting point of the HMTLCP nonwovens increases,and the crystallization becomes more perfect.Compared with nonwovens without heat treatment,the tensile fracture strength of nonwovens increases from 79.984 cN to 215.073 cN when the heat treatment temperature increases to 240℃.
