摘  要:采用质量分数为2%的NaCl气溶胶颗粒模拟空气中的颗粒物,对聚丙烯非织造布的过滤性能进行评估,探究了气体流量、非织造布厚度、溶剂浸泡及静电含量对颗粒过滤效率(PFE)的影响。研究结果表明:PFE随着气体流量的增大而减小;增大非织造布厚度可显著提高PFE,但同时会增加气流阻力,不利于实际应用;经去离子水、乙醇或异丙醇浸泡后,5种非织造布试样的PFE均下降,其中异丙醇和乙醇等有机溶剂的影响更显著;静电含量越大,非织造布的PFE越高。非织造布试样的微观形貌表征证实,纺熔法合成的非织布试样呈明显的双层网状纤维结构,其PFE更高。The filtration performance of polypropylene nonwovens was evaluated by using a mass concentration of 2% NaCl aerosol particles to simulate particulate matter in the air. The effects of gas flow rates, the thickness of nonwoven, solvent immersion and electrostatic content on nonwoven particle filtration efficiency(PFE) were explored. The results indicated that the PFE of nonwovens decreased with the increase of the gas flow rate. The PFE could be effectively enhanced by increasing the thickness of nonwoven, meanwhile, the airflow resistance was increased drastically, which was not conducive to practical application. The PFE of various nonwoven samples was decreased after soaking in deionized water, ethanol or isopropanol, and the influence of organic solvents such as isopropanol and ethanol was more significant. A larger PFE could be achieved by higher electrostatic content of nonwovens. The morphology characterization confirmed that an obvious double-layer network fiber structure was exhibited in the nonwoven synthesized by the spinning melting method, thereby achieving superior PFE.
