摘　　要：介绍了废弃烟用醋纤丝束的回收工艺及应用。对废弃烟用醋纤丝束进行喷雾加湿、切碎、溶解、分离、过滤后,得到合格的回收浆液,再将其按一定比例加入普通烟用丝束生产系统进行回收再利用,并对回收浆液普通烟用丝束生产系统的过滤技术进行改进。得到的再生烟用丝束质量完全满足出厂要求。The recovery process and application of waste tobacco cellulose acetate tow was presented. After spray humidification, mincing, dissolving, separating and filtering the waste tobacco cellulose acetate tow, a qualified recovery slurry was obtained, which was then added to the common tobacco fiber bundle production system at a certain ratio for recovery and reuse, and the filtration technology of the common tobacco fiber bundle production system for recycling the recycled slurry was improved. The quality of the regenerated tobacco fiber bundles can fully meet the factory requirements.
