摘　　要：基于中国家庭金融调查数据,本文研究了外商直接投资对创业决策的影响,并考察了人力资本效应、市场环境效应和高工资效应在创业决策中的作用和影响机制。研究发现:外商直接投资能提高人力资本水平和改善市场环境,进而对创业决策产生溢出效应;通过提升员工工资水平增加创业决策的机会成本,对创业决策产生挤出效应;外商直接投资对创业决策的影响因创业类型、创业行业、创业地区和创业者国际教育背景的差异而有所不同;对于生存型、制造业、西部地区和没有留学背景的创业个体而言,外商直接投资对创业决策的影响为溢出效应,而对东部地区而言,外商直接投资对创业决策则表现为挤出效应。Based on the data of China Household Finance Survey, this paper studied the influence of FDI on entrepreneurial decision, and examined the role and influence mechanisms of human capital effect, market environment effect and high-wage effect in entrepreneurial decision.It finds that FDI has a spillover effect on entrepreneurial decision by improving human capital level and market environment.FDI has a crowding out effect on entrepreneurial decision by increasing the salary level of employees to increase the opportunity cost of entrepreneurial decision, the impact of FDI on entrepreneurial decision is different due to the differences of entrepreneurial types, entrepreneurial industries, entrepreneurial regions and entrepreneurs’ international backgrounds.For subsistence entrepreneurship, manufacturing entrepreneurship, western regions andentrepreneurial Individuals without overseas study background, FDI has a significant positive impact on entrepreneurial decision, while for eastern regions, FDI has a crowding out effect on the entrepreneurial decision.
