复元通络汤联合梅花针叩刺治疗脑梗死偏瘫的临床分析

摘　　要：目的 研究复元通络汤联合梅花针叩刺治疗脑梗死偏瘫的效果。方法 选择2019年1月—2020年12月新密市中医院收治的脑梗死偏瘫患者88例,根据就诊单的单双号分为对照组(单号、44例)与观察组(双号、44例),两组均接受常规西医治疗基础上,对照组采用复元通络汤治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合应用梅花针扣刺治疗,两组均治疗1个月,比较两组临床疗效。于治疗前、治疗1个月,记录并比较两组患者中医症候积分、运动功能[采用Fugl-Meyer运动功能评估量表(FMAS)评估]。结果 观察组总有效率为97.73%(43/44),高于对照组81.82%(36/44),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.456,P=0.035);治疗1个月,观察组中医症积分为(16.67±1.54)分,低于对照组(19.72±1.72)分,差异有统计学意义(t=8.763,P=0.000);治疗1个月,观察组FMAS评分为(55.87±5.46)分,高于对照组(50.33±4.96)分,差异有统计学意义(t=4.982,P=0.000)。结论 复元通络汤联合梅花针叩刺治疗脑梗死偏瘫患者疗效显著,可减轻临床症状,改善运动功能。Objective To study the effect of Fuyuan Tongluo decoction combined with plum blossom needle percussion in the treatment of cerebral infarction hemiplegia.Methods Totally 88 patients with cerebral infarction hemiplegia treated in Xinmi TCM Hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 were selected, according to the odd or even number of admission list, divided them into a control group(odd number, 44 cases) and an observation group(even number, 44 cases),both groups were treated with conventional western medicine, based on this, the control group was treated with Fuyuan Tongluo decoction, and the observation group was treated with plum blossom needle percussion on the basis of the control group, both groups were treated for 1 month, and the clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Before treatment and one month after treatment, TCM symptom score and motor function of both groups were recorded and compared [Fugl-Meyer motor function assessment scale(FMAS) was used to evaluate].Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 97.73%(43/44),which was higher than 81.82%(36/44) in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.456,P=0.035),after one month of treatment, the score of TCM syndrome in the observation group was(16.67±1.54),which was lower than that in the control group(19.72±1.72),the difference was statistically significant(t=8.763,P=0.000);After one month of treatment, the FMAS score of the observation group was(55.87±5.46),which was higher than that of the control group(50.33±4.96),the difference was statistically significant(t=4.982,P=0.000).Conclusion Fuyuan Tongluo decoction combined with plum blossom needle percussion is effective in the treatment of patients with cerebral infarction hemiplegia, which can relieve clinical symptoms and improve motor function.
