摘　　要：目的 基于“异病同治”理论探析肾安胶囊治疗泌尿男科疾病的用药规律;方法 通过湿邪对泌尿男科疾病致病分析、肾安胶囊药物组成配伍及现代药理文献分析并结合临床疗效,认识肾安胶囊治疗泌尿男科疾病用药规律;结果 肾安胶囊作为一种治疗泌尿男科疾病的常用中成药,具有清热除湿、利尿通淋之功。在临床中主要用于治疗慢性前列腺炎、泌尿道感染、肾病综合征等疾病;结论 基于“异病同治”理论,肾安胶囊在临床中治疗湿热证候泌尿男科相关疾病均具有一定疗效。Objective Based on the theory of treating different diseases with the same method, the medication rules of Shen’an Capsule in the treatment of male urological and andrological diseases were explored. Methods Through the pathogenic analysis of dampness pathogen on male urological and andrological diseases, the drug composition and compatibility of Shen’an Capsule, the modern pharmacological literature analysis,and the clinical efficacy, the author understood the medication rules of Shen’an Capsule in the treatment of male urological and andrological diseases. Results As a common Chinese patent medicine for the treatment of male urological and andrological diseases, Shen’an Capsule has the effects of clearing heat, removing dampness, promoting urination, and relieving stranguria. It is mainly used to treat chronic prostatitis, urinary tract infection, nephrotic syndrome, and other diseases in the clinic. Conclusion Based on the theory of treating different diseases with the same method, Shen’an Capsule has achieved a certain curative effect in the clinical treatment of urological and andrological related diseases with the damp-heat syndrome.
