摘　　要：目的 探讨膀胱测压在良性前列腺增生症(benign prostatic hyperplasia, BPH)合并急性尿潴留(acute urinary retention, AUR)患者中,行经尿道前列腺电切术(transurethral resection of prostate,TURP)前临床应用价值。方法 选择46例BPH合并AUR患者,在手术治疗前,利用简易膀胱测压代替尿流动力学(urodynamics, UDS)检查,根据手术治疗结果评估本检查方式的效果。结果 46例患者中,膀胱压力大于50cm H_(2)O者43例,均行经尿道前列腺电切或者等离子电切术,术后均恢复正常排尿;膀胱压力小于50cm H_(2)O者3例,予以保守治疗。结论 BPH伴尿潴留患者术前行简易膀胱测压实验,能够取代常规UDS,且具有易操作、创伤小、降低医疗成本、患者易接受的特点。Objective To assess the clinical application of simple bladder manometry in patients of benign prostatic hyperplasia(BPH) with acute urinary retention(AUR)before performing transurethral surgery. Methods Total of 46 BPH patients with AUR who underwent surgical treatment were selected. Before BPH-related surgery, simple bladder manometry was used to replace urodynamics(UDS) examination. The effect of this method was evaluated according to the results of surgical treatment. Results Among the 46 patients, 43 patients with bladder pressure over 50cm H_(2)O who underwent transurethral surgery had satisfied with surgical treatment. The other 3 patients with bladder pressure less than 50cm H_(2)O received conservative treatment. Conclusion For BPH patients with AUR, simple bladder manometry before operation can replace conventional UDS, and this method shows some advantages in easy operation, less trauma, lower medical cost and easy acceptance by patients.
