复方利多卡因乳膏超前镇痛在腋臭手术中的临床应用

摘　　要：目的探讨复方利多卡因乳膏超前镇痛在腋臭手术中的作用效果和应用前景。方法选取2017年9月-2020年6月就诊于合肥市第二人民医院的胶腋臭患者58例,术前双侧腋窝分别外敷同外观白色对照乳膏(对照组)和复方利多卡因乳膏(研究组),记录药膏作用时间,比较患者局麻药物注射时疼痛视觉模拟评分法疼痛评分、血压、心率,分析复方利多卡因乳膏的超前镇痛效果。结果研究组的疼痛评分值、收缩压、舒张压及心率均低于对照组。涂药时长1h,2h,3h研究组疼痛评分、血压和心率均低于对照组,且差异有统计学意义。结论术前外用复方利多卡因乳膏涂抹术区可降低腋臭患者小切口大汗腺清除术局麻药注射时疼痛,缓解疼痛对血压、心率的影响,提高手术的安全性,达到较好的超前镇痛效果。Objective To investigate the effect and application prospect of compound lidocaine cream for preemptive analgesia in axillary osmidrosis surgery.Methods During September 2017 to June 2020,58 patients with axillary osmidrosis from the Second People's Hospital of Hefei were enrolled.Control cream(control group)and compound lidocaine cream(study group)were applied to each patient's bilateral axillary before the operation.The action time of the ointment was recorded.The pain score,blood pressure and heart rate of patients during local anesthesia injection were compared,and the preemptive analgesic effect of compound lidocaine cream was analyzed.Results The pain score,systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure and heart rate of the study group were lower than those of the control group.The pain score,blood pressure and heart rate of the study group were lower than those of the control group in 1,2 and 3 groups,and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusions Topical application of compound lidocaine cream before operation can reduce the pain of local anesthetic injection in patients with bromhidrosis.It can reduce the stimulation of pain in blood pressure and heart rate,improve the safety of operations,and achieve better preemptive analgesia effect.
