摘　　要：外阴皮肤/黏膜敏感是一种客观存在的亚临床状态,在人群中有较高的发生率,主要表现为外阴部位的感觉异常,如刺痛、瘙痒、干燥、麻木、脱屑等。外阴不仅直接与泌尿、生殖和消化道的各种刺激物相接触,且处于一个相对温暖、潮湿、反复摩擦、透气性差等相对封闭的环境,这均可能是造成外阴皮肤/黏膜敏感的原因。另外性别差异、种族差异、文化习俗、年龄/衰老、个人习惯等因素均可以影响外阴皮肤/黏膜的敏感性。外阴皮肤/黏膜敏感不仅对患者的生活及心理产生影响,还会影响患者的人际交往。但是由于该部位的隐私性,患者通常不愿意向医生寻求帮助,而是自行用药,这可能会加重症状,甚至继发其他问题。该文综述外阴皮肤/黏膜敏感的诱因和影响因素及发病机制,并总结临床治疗的方法和思路。Sensitive mucocutaneous in the genital arca is an objective subclinical state with a high incidence in the population,which is mainly manifested as iritated perception,such as stinging,tingling,dryness,numbness,desquamation,etc.The vulva is not only in direct contact with various iritants discharged by the urinary,reprod uctive and digestive systems,but also in a relatively warm,humid,repeated friction,poor permeability and other relatively closed environment.In addition,gender,ethnic,culture,aging,personal habits and other factors may also afet the the sensitivity of vulva skin/mucosa.The sensitivity in genital area not only afects the life and psychology of patients,but also jeopardizes patients'interpersonal relation.However,embarassed by the privacy,patients often seek home-remedies rather than professional help.which potentially exacerbate symptoms and even cause other problems.This article reviews theinducement,influencing factors,pathogenesis of vulvar skin/mucosa sensitivity,and summarizes the therapeutic methods.
