嗜酸性环状红斑一例

摘　　要：22岁男性患者,躯干、四肢散在环形红斑15d余,偶有轻微瘙痒。皮肤科情况:躯干、四肢散在大小不等暗红色斑块,呈环状,边缘隆起,中央颜色稍淡,四肢为主。前臂皮损组织病理检查:表皮大致正常,真皮全层血管周围小片状淋巴细胞、组织细胞和大量嗜酸粒细胞浸润,无“火焰征”及肉芽肿样改变。诊断:嗜酸性环状红斑。先后予以肌内注射复方倍他米松注射液及口服泼尼松等治疗,皮损逐渐消退。The patient was a 22-year-old male with ring-shaped erythema scattered on his trunk and limbs for more than half a month,and occasionally with slight itching.Physical examination showed that the trunk and limbs were sattered with dark red patches of varying sizes,which were rig-shaped with raised edges,slightly lighter in the center,and mainly limbs.Histopathological examination showed that the epidermis was roughly normal,and the entire demis was infiltrated with small pieces of lymphocytes and tisue cells around the blood vessels,containing a large number of eosinophils,and no"Ilame sign"or granulomas changes.Eosinophilie erythema ring was diagnosis.The patient was given intramuscular injection of the compound betarmethasone and oral prednisone in succession,and the lesions gradually to subsided.
