摘  要:测定并分析了隆X小车蝗的线粒体基因组全序列,该基因组全长15 746 bp,为典型的闭合双链DNA,包含37个典型的基因.且具有明显的AT偏好性(75.40%),AT偏斜为正值(0.20).所有蛋白编码基因的起始密码子为ATN,10个基因终止于完整的密码子(ATA或ATG).22个tRNA基因中除了tRNA^(Ser1(AGN))缺少DHU臂,其余均能形成典型的三叶草结构.除此之外,基于13个蛋白编码基因序列,重建了斑翅蝗亚科的贝叶斯树和最大似然树,系统发育分析结果均支持小车蝗属4个物种聚为一支、形成单系群,同时明确了隆X小车蝗和亚洲小车蝗的姐妹群关系.In the present study,the complete mitogenome sequence of O.abruptus was determined and analyzed.The circular genome was 15 746 bp in size and contained the entire set of 37 genes usually present in orthopteran mitogenomes.The nucleotide composition of this mitogenome biased toward A+T nucleotides(75.40%),and the AT-skew was slightly positive(0.20).All PCGs were initiated with canonical start codon(ATN),and ten genes were terminated with the complete stop codons(TAA or TAG).Among the 22 tRNA genes,all had typical cloverleaf secondary structures,except the tRNA^(Ser1(AGN)) which lacked the DHU arm.Furthermore,phylogenetic trees based on 13 PCGs using Bayesian Interference and Maximum Likelihood methods were reconstructed.Our phylogenetic analyses supported the monophyly of the genus Oedaleus.Among four species in Oedaleus,the following relationships were reconstructed with the support of high nodal values:((O.abruptus + O.asiaticus) +(O.infernalis+ O.manjius)).
