摘　　要：外胎成品窝气是硫化成品经常出现的质量缺陷之一。本文从外胎不同部位特点,从工装、工艺、操作方面分析造成窝气原因,并制定了相应的预防措施。认为只要精心生产、精细加工、加强工艺管理、严格执行技术标准,就能减少或杜绝窝气现象。The air pocketing of the outer tire is one of the frequent quality defects of the finished vulcanized products.In this paper,we analyze the causes of air pocketing from the characteristics of different parts of the outer tire,workpiece,process and operation,and formulate the corresponding preventive measures.It is believed that as long as careful production,fine processing,strengthening process management and strict implementation of technical standards,the phenomenon of air pocketing can be reduced or eliminated.
