摘　　要：橡胶工业油料系统是储存芳烃油和润滑油等油料的系统,包括油料罐,输油泵,输油管道,伴热管道等。油料罐是油料系统中存储、干燥油料的重要设备。而油料罐溢流故障,造成环境污染和经济损失。本文分析了油料罐溢流故障发生的各种可能性原因,并针对性提出改进措施。The oil system of rubber industry is a system for storing oil such as aromatic oil and lubricating oil,including oil feed tank,oil transfer pump,oil transfer pipeline and heat tracing pipeline.The oil tank is an important equipment for storing and drying oil in the oil system.Oil tank overflow failure will cause environmental pollution and economic loss.In this paper,we analyze the possible causes of oil tank overflow failure and propose improvement measures.
