芪归药对防治糖尿病周围神经病变研究进展

摘　　要：糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)是糖尿病最常见的并发症之一,病机可归纳为气虚为本、血瘀为标,治疗上当以益气活血为主要原则。芪归药对作为中医用药的经典配伍之一,可益气活血、气血同调。近年来药理研究表明,芪归药对中多种成分以及单味药中的有效成分能有效干预DPN的发病机制,其作用机制主要包括调节糖脂代谢、干预血管的损伤和再生、抗氧化应激、抑制炎症反应、调节免疫功能、影响血液流变学等。参考文献57篇。Diabetic peripheral neuropathy(DPN)is one of the most common complications of diabetes.The disease mechanism is that qi deficiency is the root and blood stasis is the branch,and therefore benefiting qi and activating blood is the major principle.As one of the classic combination of Chinese medicinals,Qigui medicinal pair could benefit qi and activate blood,regulate qi and blood simultaneously.Recently,pharmacological studies have shown that various components from Qigui medicinal pair as well as active components from the single medicinal could effectively intervene the pathogenesis of DPN,mainly through regulating glycolipid metabolism,intervening the damage and regeneration of blood vessels,resisting oxidative stress,suppressing inflammatory response,regulating immune function,affecting hemorheology.There are 57 papers cited in the references.
