摘  要:在实验室条件下采用渗透法动态制备六氟化硫中氟化氢标准气体。将装有氟化氢的渗透管置于一定温度、压力下,氟化氢以一定的渗透率扩散到渗透管外,通过六氟化硫连续、稳定地流过渗透管可得到稳定的不同浓度的标准气体。采用检测管和分光光度法验证了该方法的准确性,渗透法制备的氟化氢标准气体的目标值与测定值的相对偏差在±10%以内。当制备的六氟化硫中氟化氢标准气体的体积分数为11.56μL/L时,相对扩展不确定度为6.62%(k=2)。Hydrogen fluoride standard gas in sulfur hexafluoride was prepared dynamically by permeation method under laboratory conditions.The permeation tube equipped with hydrogen fluoride was placed at a certain temperature and pressure,and hydrogen fluoride diffused out of the permeation tube with a certain permeability.Stable hydrogen fluoride standard gas with different concentration could be obtained by continuous and stable flow of sulfur hexafluoride through the permeation tube.The accuracy of the method was verified by measuring tube and spectrophotometry.The relative deviation between the target value and the measured value of the hydrogen fluoride standard gas prepared by permeation method was within±10%.When the volume fraction of prepared hydrogen fluoride standard gas in the sulfur hexafluoride was 11.56μL/L,the relative extended uncertainty was 6.62%(k=2).
