摘  要:以南果梨×红巴梨正反交杂种后代352株实生苗为试材,采用调查分析叶片形态、果实形态、果实内在品质等方法,研究了南果梨×红巴梨正反交后代遗传倾向,以期为梨树杂交育种工作提供参考依据。结果表明:南果梨×红巴梨正反交后代抗寒性与生长势的传递力极强。叶形多类似亲本,为卵圆形;叶大小多介于亲本之间;叶基形状主要呈现亲本的圆形叶基;叶尖形状和叶缘形态主要与母本一致。果形广泛的分离,但以圆形居多;果质量有向小果方向退化的趋势;果实的底色表现为母性遗传。果实风味以酸甜型为主;香味呈隐性遗传;果汁含量表现有降低的趋势;可溶性固形物含量的遗传传递力较强,大多高于亲中值。Three hundred and sixty-five seedlings of Nanguo pear×Red Bartlett pear hybrids were used as test materials,the genetic tendency of Nanguo pear×Red Bartlett pear progenies was studied by investigating and analyzing leaf morphology,fruit morphology and internal quality of fruit,in order to provide reference for pear hybrid breeding work.The results showed that the genetic tendency of cold resistance and growth potential of reciprocal cross progenies of Nanguo pear×Red Bartlett pear was very strong.The leaf shape was mostly similar to the parent and was oval;leaf size was mostly between the medium and its parented;the shape of leaf base mainly presented the round leaf base of the parent;the shape of leaf tip and leaf margin were mainly consistent with the female parent.Fruit shape widely separated,but mostly round;fruit quality tended to degenerate towards small fruit;the background color of fruit was inherited from mother.The fruit flavor was mainly sour and sweet;flavor was recessive;fruit juice performance had a decreasing trend;the genetic transmissibility of soluble solid content was strong,mostly higher than the median value of parents.
