摘  要:以10个樱桃番茄品种为试材,采用田间栽培、试验测定及感官评价的方法,研究了不同樱桃番茄植株和果实的生长指标以及果实品质指标的差异,并对果实风味品质进行了感官评价分析,以期为筛选优质樱桃番茄品种提供参考依据。结果表明:不同品种樱桃番茄长势有一定差异,果实可溶性固形物、有机酸含量不同品种间差异较大,其中“樱S18-01”“粉色密码”“浙樱粉1号”果实颜色鲜艳、口感风味好,各营养指标含量相对较高,适宜泰安地区栽培。Taking 10cherry tomato varieties as test materials,methods of field cultivation was used,experimental determination and sensory evaluation,the growth indexes difference of tomato plants and fruits and fruit quality indexes were determined,the sensory evaluation and analysis of different varieties of cherry tomato fruits were carried out,in order to provide reference for screening high-quality fresh-eat cherry tomato varieties.The results showed that the soluble solids and organic acid content of cherry tomato fruits were quite different among different varieties.Among them,‘Ying S18-01’‘Pink Code’and‘Zhe Ying Fen No.1’had bright colors,good taste and flavor,and relatively high content of various nutritional indicators.
