摘 要:考虑到蒙皮效应对网壳整体稳定性和承载力的有利影响,在对铝合金网壳面板刚度的模拟中,提出一种多弹簧单元的简化计算模型。在三角形蒙皮区格内,通过多种弹簧单元模型与板单元半刚性模型的对比,验证了多弹簧单元模型的可靠性,进一步论证了六弹簧单元模型具备足够的精度与计算效率。通过参数分析,研究了蒙皮面板厚度、蒙皮区格尺寸、面外荷载、面板预应力等因素对三角形蒙皮区格蒙皮刚度的影响规律。Considering the beneficial influence of diaphragm effect on the overall stability and bearing capacity of reticulated shells, a simplified calculation model of multi-spring element is proposed in this paper during the simulation of the panel stiffness of aluminum alloy reticulated shells. In the triangular diaphragm grid, the reliability of the multi-spring element model is verified by comparing the multi-spring element model with the semi-rigid plate element model, and the sufficient accuracy of the six spring elements model is further demonstrated. Through parameter analysis, the influence of diaphragm panel thickness, diaphragm grid size, out of plane load and prestress on the diaphragm stiffness in the triangular skin panel is studied.
