摘  要:炉渣热导率决定炉渣本身的传热速率,准确测定炉渣热导率对提高冶金过程的热效率和传热计算准确度有重要意义。本文介绍测定炉渣热导率的主要方法,分析影响热导率测量结果准确度的主要因素;总结温度、碱度、渣系成分和结构对冶金炉渣热导率的影响规律。分析结果表明,瞬态热线法作为目前测定冶金炉渣热导率的主要方法,其准确度要高于水冷管法及激光闪光法。固态渣系的热导率随温度升高而增大,而液态熔渣的热导率随温度升高而减小。The heat transfer rate of slag is determined by its thermal conductivity,it is of great significance to accurately measure the thermal conductivity of slag,which can improve the thermal efficiency and the accuracy of heat transfer calculation in metallurgical process. In this paper,the main methods to measure the thermal conductivity of slag are introduced,and the main factors that affect the accuracy of the results are analyzed.The influences of temperature,basicity,and slag composition and structure on the thermal conductivity of metallurgical slag are summarized. The results show that,as the main method to measure the thermal conductivity of metallurgical slag,the accuracy of transient hot-wire method is higher than that of water-cooled tube method and laser flash method. The thermal conductivity of solid slag is positively correlated with temperature,while the thermal conductivity of liquid slag is negatively correlated with temperature.
