摘 要:以不同比例的生活污泥和工业污泥分别与烟煤混合的颗粒为研究对象,采用可视性沉降炉和热重分析仪研究混合颗粒的着火特性,并分析分子结构对燃烧行为的影响。结果表明,生活污泥与烟煤混合颗粒着火模式以联合着火为主,工业污泥与烟煤混合颗粒着火以非均相为主;着火延迟和燃尽时间随污泥掺混比例的增加而减少。对比发现着火温度随着芳香度和芳香度指数的增大而增高;芳香烃聚合度可作为评判颗粒燃烧破碎程度的指标。The particles with different mixture ratios of domestic sludge or industrial sludge to bituminous coal were investigated. The ignition characteristics of the particles were studied using a custom-designed visible drop tube furnace and thermogravimetric analyzer,and the effects of the molecular structures on the combustion behavior were analyzed. The results show that the ignition mode of the mixed particles of domestic sludge and bituminous coal was mainly hetero-homogeneous ignition,and that of industrial sludge and bituminous coal was heterogeneous ignition. With the increasing mixture ratio of sludge,the ignition delay time and the burn-out time of the particles decreased. The ignition temperature increased with the increase in the apparent aromaticity and the aromaticity index. The condensation degree of aromatic rings can be used as an index to judge the combustion breakage degree of the particles.
