社区医疗机构护理人员的心理健康状况及与工作压力的关系

摘　　要：目的 了解社区医疗机构护理人员的心理健康状况,分析其与工作压力的关系,为基层医疗护理管理提供参考。方法 采取方便抽样法抽取社区医疗机构121名护理人员,使用一般资料问卷、工作压力量表及症状自评量表(SCL-90)对其进行调查。采用Pearson相关性分析探究被试的心理健康状况与工作压力的关系。结果 护理人员的工作压力量表总均分为(2.82±0.51)分,其中工作量与时间分配得分、病人护理得分较高;SCL-90量表总均分为(2.42±0.71)分,9个维度得分均高于常模,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。Pearson相关分析结果显示,社区医疗机构护理人员焦虑、抑郁和病人护理、工作环境与资源、人际关系、工作量与时间分配、专业与工作呈正相关,人际关系敏感和病人护理、人际关系呈正相关,敌对和工作量与时间分配、人际关系,恐怖和专业与工作、病人护理呈正相关,均P<0.05。结论 社区医疗机构护理人员普遍存在心理健康问题,且在工作量与时间分配、病人护理方面压力较大,其心理健康状况与工作压力呈正相关关系,建议定期为护理人员提供专业心理指导。Objective To understand the mental health status of nursing staff in community medical institutions,analyze its relationship with work stress,and provide reference for medical care management at the grass-roots level.Methods A total of 121 nursing staff from community medical institutions were selected by convenient sampling,and investigated with general information questionnaire,work stress scale and symptom checklist 90(SCL-90).Pearson correlation analysis was used to explore the relationship between the mental health status of the subjects and work stress.Results The total average score of nurses’ work stress scale was(2.82±0.51)points,among which the scores of workload and time allocation and patient care were higher.The total average score of SCL-90 was(2.42±0.71)points,and the scores of 9 dimensions were higher than the norm.The differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Pearson correlation analysis showed that anxiety and depression of nursing staff in community medical institutions were positively correlated with patient care,work environment and resources,interpersonal relationship,workload and time allocation,and specialty and work,sensitivity of interpersonal relationship was positively related to patient care and interpersonal relationship,hostility and workload were positively correlated with time allocation and interpersonal relationship,and terror and specialty were positively related to work and patient care,all P<0.05.Conclusions Nursing staff in community medical institutions generally have mental health problems,and they are under great pressure in terms of workload,time allocation,and patient care.Their mental health status is positively related to work pressure.It is recommended to provide professional psychological guidance for nursing staff regularly.
