肌内效贴治疗在产伤性上干型臂丛神经损伤患儿康复中的效果

摘　　要：目的 分析肌内效贴在产伤性上干型臂丛神经损伤患儿康复治疗中的应用效果。方法 产伤性上干型臂丛神经损伤患儿32例分为观察组和对照组各16例,2组均给予常规的康复治疗,观察组在常规康复治疗的基础上进行肌内效贴治疗。对比2组治疗前后的臂丛功能评分和肌电图改善效果。结果 治疗前,2组臂丛功能评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,2组肩关节、肘关节评分均提高,且观察组高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗6个月后,肌电图改善结果显示:观察组总有效率(85.71%)高于对照组(58.54%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=7.650,P=0.006)。结论 肌内效贴治疗能促进产伤性上干型臂丛神经损伤患儿的恢复,可改善患儿患肢的运动功能,与常规康复治疗联用效果佳。Objective To analyze the effect of intramuscular plaster in the rehabilitation of children with obstetric upper trunk brachial plexus injury.Methods Thirty-two pediatric patients of obstetric upper trunk brachial plexus injury were divided into observation group and control group,16 cases in each group.Both groups were given conventional rehabilitation treatment.The observation group received intramuscular plaster therapy on the basis of conventional rehabilitation therapy.The improvement effect of brachial plexus function score and electromyography between the two groups before and after treatment were compared.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in brachial plexus function scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the scores of shoulder joint and elbow joint in both groups were improved,and the scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 6 months of treatment,the improvement results of EMG showed that the total effective rate of the observation group(85.71%) was higher than that of the control group(58.54%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=7.650,P=0.006).Conclusions The intramuscular plaster therapy can promote the recovery of children with obstetric upper trunk brachial plexus injury,improve the motor function of the affected limbs,and has a good effect when combined with conventional rehabilitation therapy.
